Villa House – Puncak – (2023)

During the project at Puncak, specifically in the Gunung Geulis area, the biggest challenge we faced was the weather. The intense rainy season made it difficult to carry out the initial stages, particularly the earthwork and the construction of the base structure. However, the team didn't stop; we measured and monitored the weather daily. When it rained, we used the time to prepare other needs that could be done in a covered area or for detailed planning. Once the weather cleared and dried, field work resumed without delay. Furthermore, the limited access to the site required us to arrange material deliveries on a regular and scheduled basis to ensure efficiency and environmental impact.
