Special Structures and Foundations: This project features the use of a chicken claw structure as the primary foundation for a 3-story building, demonstrating expertise in foundation engineering for specific sites.
Aesthetic Facade Design: The implementation of facade accents using exposed concrete, displays a modern and minimalist design approach that utilizes structural materials as aesthetic elements.
Use of Premium/Natural Materials: Emphasizing the use of natural stone as a special material in design, which can include applications in interiors, exteriors, or landscapes, adding aesthetic value and quality to the building.
Rooftop Optimization: Includes the design and construction of rooftop facilities, demonstrating expertise in optimizing vertical space and creating functional or recreational areas on top of buildings.
Integrated MEP System (Ground System): Covers the design and implementation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems with a focus on underground placement (ground system), highlighting expertise in infrastructure planning and space efficiency.

Challenges & Solutions

This project presented unique complexities due to the site's location on a high-traffic road. This situation presented potential logistical and social challenges. To address these challenges, the team employed a community-based approach, proactively conducting outreach and successfully securing permits and written support from local residents. We also implemented a strict material delivery schedule to ensure traffic congestion was minimized. Furthermore, the slightly terraced and uneven ground presented a structural issue that had to be addressed. The solution involved meticulous and precise leveling. This was crucial for stabilizing the area prior to the installation of the foundation, ensuring that the final elevation of the three-story building was completely level and solid, in accordance with the required technical specifications.
