Scope Summary

  • Comprehensive Cabinet System and Island Central: Construction and installation of units upper and lower cabinets complete, as well as units kitchen island big as the center of the kitchen. Use plywood moisture resistant with finishing veneer/HPL light oak for a warm tropical feel, complete with soft-closing hardware.
  • Premium Work Surface (Slab): Procurement and installation countertop solid stone (quartz/sintered stone) white/light gray for the main cabinet and island. Including installation backsplash slab (large panels without grout) of matching material (pattern veiny) to the top cabinet.
  • Three-Layer Electrical Installation: Electrical system installation which includes general lighting recessed, 2 units of decorative hanging lamps on island, And LED strip as task lighting under the upper cabinets, as well as providing power outlets and power special equipment built-in.
  • Plumbing and Equipment Integration Built-in: Installation of clean/dirty water lines, installation sink undermount And tap gooseneck modern. Including installation and connection of all built-in kitchen equipment (stove, hood, oven) made from stainless steel.
  • Interior and Floor Finishes Homogeneous Tile: Work finishing Walls and ceilings painted in neutral colors (white/cream) to highlight the wood accents, as well as the installation of floor covering Homogeneous Tile (HT) Exposed wood/cement motif for high durability and ease of maintenance.

Challenges & Solutions

This project faces major challenges related to Jakarta's climate: high humidity that risks damaging wooden cabinets. The main solution is the use of plywood moisture resistant as the base material, not MDF, with finishing veneer/HPL light oak which is tightly sealed on all sides, ensuring durability.

The second challenge is installation precision countertop And backsplash slab processed stone which is large, heavy, and requires minimal grout. This is overcome by laser measurement which is very accurate and made by specialist fabricators.

Final, equipment integration coordination built-in (stove, hood, sink) with the path electricity (LED) strip, downlight) And plumbing very complex. The solution is that the team must use shop drawing detailed and integrated as a primary guide before starting production and installation.
