Scope Summary

  • Surface Coating with Homogeneous Tile: Material application Homogeneous Tile (HT) light gray natural stone texture on the entire surface of the floor and walls, creating a monolithic, natural, and minimal grout impression.
  • Hanging Sanitary Installation (Wall-Hung): Installation hanging toilet (wall-hung) with flush panel hidden and hanging sink, which contributes to a minimalist, clean look and makes floor cleaning easier.
  • Visual Elements and Decorative Lighting: Installation round mirror enlarged by the system recessed LED lighting (backlight), serves a dual purpose for decoration and gives the illusion of more space.
  • Concealed Plumbing System (Concealed System): Withdrawal and installation clean and dirty water pipes which is completely hidden behind the walls and floor, ensuring a very neat and seamless final look for the bathroom.
  • Modern Functional Equipment: Procurement and installation fixtures modern (such as faucet stainless And jet washer) and minimalist accessories (hangers, tissue holders) to support the functionality and aesthetics of the room.

Challenges & Solutions

The main challenge on powder room this minimalist is space limitations which has the potential to make it feel cramped, plus the risk high humidity typical of Jakarta due to limited air circulation.

The solution, we implemented visual and technical strategies. To address the space, we used Homogeneous Tile light gray on the entire surface and round mirror with backlight Hidden LEDs to give the illusion of more space. Technically, we integrated system plumbing hidden and sanitary hanging toilet for a very clean and tidy look. In addition, artificial ventilation (exhaust fan) must be installed to ensure the air remains fresh, prevent excess humidity, and maintain the durability of the HT material.
