Scope Summary

  • Custom Cabinet Design with Material Accents: Construction and installation upper and lower cabinets use wood oak HPL layer matte green, reinforced with soft green natural stone backsplash, creating a cohesive kitchen aesthetic and stylish.
  • Making Countertop Functional: Installation countertop solid surface light green with finishing special that ensures maximum resistance to heat and humidity for cooking activities.
  • Dining Area Integration (Dining Set): Design and provision teak dining table complete with chairs upholstered in matching green fabric, including installation decorative pendant lighting as a visual focus of the dining area.
  • Plumbing Systems and Fixtures Environmentally friendly: Installation sink, clean and dirty water pipe system integrated, as well as installation faucets selected with consideration of water efficiency/environment friendliness.
  • Energy Efficient Electrical System Installation: Installation energy-saving LED lamps throughout the kitchen area and installations electric socket well planned in accordance with layout functional kitchen.

Challenges & Solutions

The main challenge of this project is maintaining a balance of natural aesthetics with material durability to Jakarta's humid tropical climate, especially during wooden cabinet oak green HPL matte. Besides that, availability of environmentally friendly materials specific ones are often constrained and costly.

The solution, we combine moisture resistant plywood as base cabinet, which is then coated with green HPL matte for durability and cost efficiency. Use soft green local natural stone on backsplash maintaining a natural feel while being cost-efficient. For durability, countertop solid surface selected with finishing heat and humidity resistant. The modular approach to design simplifies maintenance, while installation LED lights and maximum ventilation maintains energy efficiency.
